Ingredients

Base Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded lettuce and cabbage mix
  • 1 cup roasted corn
  • 1 cup lentil walnut taco meat
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 each avocado
  • ½ cup Spicy Cilantro Cream

Optional Toppings

  • to taste jalapeño
  • to taste cilantro
  • to taste limes
  • to taste salsa
  • to taste red and/or green onion
  • to taste shredded cheese or cheese sauce
  • to taste chopped tomatoes
  • to taste tortilla strips or chips

Instructions

  1. Load each bowl with 2 cups of the lettuce/cabbage mix.
  2. Top each bowl with ¼ cup of roasted corn, ¼ cup of taco meat, ¼ cup of black beans, and ¼ of an avocado.
  3. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of spicy cilantro cream over each bowl.
  4. Add any additional garnishes you prefer.
  5. Enjoy your taco salad!
