Ingredients

The main ingredients

  • 1 lb Meatballs, raw, cooked, or frozen
  • 12 oz Spaghetti Noodles
  • 1 14 oz can Diced Tomatoes (optional), drained
  • 1 24 oz jar Spaghetti Sauce (or marinara sauce plus Italian seasoning)
  • 3 cups Water (or broth)

Garnishes

  • Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parsley or Basil

Instructions

  1. Place meatballs in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
  2. Break spaghetti in half and lay it over the meatballs in a random pattern.
  3. Pour water or broth over the noodles.
  4. Add diced tomatoes (if using) and then pour spaghetti sauce over the noodles.
  5. Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
  6. Select Pressure Cook (Manual) and set the time to 9 minutes (or 7 for al dente).
  7. Once cooking is complete, perform a Quick Release of the steam carefully.
  8. After the steam has released, stir the spaghetti and separate any stuck noodles.
  9. Serve with bread and garnish as desired.
