The Sauce

Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of the mixture for each meatball and roll them into balls, forming about 36 meatballs.
- Set the Instant Pot to sauté and heat olive oil.
- Sauté minced garlic for the sauce for about 2 minutes.
- Add remaining sauce ingredients and mix well.
- Place all meatballs into the Instant Pot with the sauce.
- Secure the lid and pressure cook on high for 8 minutes.
- Quick release the steam and serve the meatballs as desired.
