The Sauce

crushed tomatoes

smoked paprika

chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls, about a tablespoon each, and set aside.
- For stovetop cooking, heat crushed tomatoes in a pan, add smoked paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add meatballs to the sauce, cover, and simmer for 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve meatballs with extra sauce on top, garnished with basil or parsley.
