For cooking
Instructions
- 1. In a large bowl, mash together the egg, cream, and bread until smooth.
- 2. Add the ground beef, onion, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- 3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- 4. For pan-frying, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through, about 15 minutes.
- 5. For baking, preheat the oven to 400°F, place the meatballs on baking sheets, and bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
