Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, milk, crushed crackers, Parmesan cheese, onion, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 golf-ball-sized meatballs.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 16-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Optionally, heat pasta sauce in a skillet, then add the cooked meatballs and toss gently to coat.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving over noodles or zucchini noodles.
