Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
- 2. Shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs.
- 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 4. Add meatballs to the skillet and brown on all sides.
- 5. Reduce heat to low and cook until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
- 6. Toss meatballs in your favorite marinara sauce before serving.
