Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. 2. Shape the mixture into 1 ½-inch meatballs.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add meatballs to the skillet and brown on all sides.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and cook until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  6. 6. Toss meatballs in your favorite marinara sauce before serving.
