Instructions
- Soak the bread in milk for 5 minutes.
- Combine the soaked bread with beef, pork, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, eggs, and parmesan cheese in a bowl.
- Gently mix until just combined, adding more milk if necessary.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch balls without rolling them too tightly.
- Preheat the broiler and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Arrange the meatballs on the sheet pan and broil for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- In a pot, combine the meatballs with marinara sauce and tomato sauce over medium heat.
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and serve.
