Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Tear the French bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
- Add the milk to the bread and mix together.
- Incorporate the ground beef, spices, parmesan, and eggs into the mixture, mixing gently with your hands until combined.
- Form the mixture into 2oz balls and arrange them on a sheet pan with space between each ball.
- Bake the meatballs for 23 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 10 minutes.
