Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups French Bread Pieces
  • cup Milk
  • 1 ½ lbs Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • ¼ tsp Marjoram
  • ¼ tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ½ tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 units Eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Tear the French bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. Add the milk to the bread and mix together.
  4. Incorporate the ground beef, spices, parmesan, and eggs into the mixture, mixing gently with your hands until combined.
  5. Form the mixture into 2oz balls and arrange them on a sheet pan with space between each ball.
  6. Bake the meatballs for 23 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the meatballs rest for 10 minutes.
