Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and pork using your hands without overmixing.
- Add the minced garlic, grated onion, eggs, milk, panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, and oregano to the meat mixture and mix with your hands, being careful not to overmix.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion the mixture into balls (about 3 tbsp each) and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Optionally, simmer in red sauce for an additional 15 minutes.
