Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • ½ onion finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Use your hands to mix the ingredients and form about 15 meatballs, placing them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, then let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
