Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a baking sheet with a wire rack.
- Mix all meatball ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them on the wire rack, spaced about an inch apart.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
