Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, sesame oil, coconut aminos, and green onions, mixing well with your hands.
- Shape the mixture into golfball-sized meatballs, making about 18-20 balls.
- Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- While the meatballs are baking, combine all sauce ingredients in a saucepan and whisk together.
- When the meatballs have about 7 minutes left, heat the sauce until it reaches a low boil, then reduce to a simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
- Remove the meatballs from the oven and spoon the sauce over them before serving, adding toppings as desired.
