Easy Oven-Baked Ground Pork Meatballs

Ingredients

The meatballs

  • 2 lbs ground pork

The seasoning mixture

  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Optional toppings

  • to taste diced chives
  • to taste sesame seeds
  • to taste red chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix all seasoning mixture ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Combine the ground pork with the seasoning mixture and mix well by hand.
  4. Form the mixture into medium-sized meatballs, approximately 20 in total.
  5. Place the meatballs on the prepared sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Optionally, broil for a few minutes to brown the tops.
  7. Remove from the oven and add any desired toppings before serving.
