Instructions
- Combine the ground pork, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl and form into meatballs.
- Heat coconut oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat and brown the meatballs on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Add the sliced cabbage and stir for 1-2 minutes until it begins to wilt.
- Pour in the broth, cover, and cook until the meatballs are cooked through, about 5 more minutes.
- Remove the lid and simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes to reduce the liquid slightly.
- Serve the meatballs and cabbage over the cooked rice noodles and garnish with green onions.
