Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, combine the bread crumbs and milk, and let them soak for 20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chopped onion, and cook until softened.
- Add chopped garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

- Pour the beaten eggs over the mixture and fold the ingredients together carefully to avoid over-mixing.
- Form the mixture into balls about 1 ½ inches in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
