Instructions
- Preheat the broiler and arrange the oven rack 6 inches from the heat source.
- Grease a rimmed baking sheet with avocado oil.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mashed cauliflower, minced onion, basil, ½ cup parsley, minced garlic, Magic Mushroom Powder or salt, oregano, and black pepper.
- Gently mix the ingredients without overworking the meat.
- Cook a small spoonful of the mixture to check seasoning and adjust if necessary.
- Roll out 12 meatballs, each about 3 inches in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on the greased baking sheet, ensuring they are evenly spaced.
- Broil the meatballs for 8 to 10 minutes until browned on top.
- While the meatballs are broiling, bring the marinara sauce to a boil in a skillet, then reduce to a simmer.
- Transfer the browned meatballs to the simmering sauce, partially cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with the remaining parsley before serving.
