Instructions
- Layer the frozen meatballs in the Instant Pot.
- Add the uncooked pasta on top of the meatballs.
- Pour the can of diced tomatoes over the pasta.
- Add the jar of pasta sauce, ensuring it covers the pasta completely.
- Fill the pasta sauce jar with broth or water 1 and ¼ times and pour it down the side of the pot.
- Sprinkle the spices over the sauce without stirring.
- Close the lid, set the knob to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Perform a controlled quick release of the pressure.
- Carefully open the lid, stir the contents, and mix in Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Top with mozzarella cheese if using, cover to melt, and serve.
