Instructions
- Combine the ground turkey, panko, egg, dried onion, parsley, salt, nutmeg, allspice, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
- Form the mixture into 12 meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs for 8 minutes, flipping occasionally.
- Cover the skillet and reduce heat to medium-low, cooking for an additional 2-4 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove the meatballs and keep warm under foil.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat, then whisk in the flour until combined.
- Gradually whisk in the beef broth, then add Worcestershire sauce, mustard, bouillon, parsley, and paprika.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until thickened.
- Stir in the sour cream until smooth, then return the meatballs to the sauce and heat through.
