Tender Turkey Swedish Meatballs

The gravy

Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Form the mixture into palm-sized meatballs and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear the meatballs for 2 minutes on each side, then remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, cook minced garlic and onion for 4 minutes.
- Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, basil, and remaining seasonings to the skillet and stir.
- Return the meatballs to the skillet, cover, and cook for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl, then add to the skillet.
- Stir in whipping cream and grated parmesan cheese, cover, and simmer for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
