Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheets with foil and nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, mash the egg, cream, and bread to form a paste.
- Mix in the ground beef, ground pork, grated onion, spices, and seasoning.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a skillet, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux.
- Add chicken broth, brown sugar, and beef base, then bring to a boil and simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream and return to a simmer.
- Add the meatballs to the gravy and simmer until heated through.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles and cranberries.
