Instructions
- Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Roll the mixture into 12 large or 16 small meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the meatballs until browned and cooked through.
- For the sauce, melt butter in the same skillet, then whisk in flour until smooth.
- Slowly add beef broth and heavy cream, cooking for about a minute.
- Stir in garlic, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard, then add sour cream and mix well.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, then simmer until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the meatballs back to the skillet and simmer for another 1-2 minutes.
- Serve garnished with parsley over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice.
