No Bake Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Heat peanut butter and coconut oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- 2. Once melted, turn off the heat and stir in honey and vanilla.
- 3. Mix in the oats and let the batter chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 4. After chilling, fold in the chocolate chips and shape the dough into cookies.
- 5. Place the cookies in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving.
- 6. Sprinkle with sea salt before enjoying.
