Instructions
- Whisk the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients until blended.
- Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop dough balls onto the baking sheet and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until golden and firm around the edges.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
