Ingredients

The base ingredients

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • cup melted coconut oil
  • cup cocoa powder
  • cup honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups quick oats

For drizzling

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
  2. 2. Turn off the heat and stir in honey and vanilla.
  3. 3. Add the oats and mix well, then chill the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. 4. Form the mixture into cookie shapes and drizzle with melted chocolate.
  5. 5. Chill the cookies in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
