Instructions
- 1. Heat peanut butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium heat until melted.
- 2. Turn off the heat and stir in honey and vanilla.
- 3. Add the oats and mix well, then chill the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 4. Form the mixture into cookie shapes and drizzle with melted chocolate.
- 5. Chill the cookies in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
