Instructions
- Whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, combine the applesauce, butter, egg, vanilla, and honey, and whisk until blended.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined; the dough will be wet and sticky.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, raisins, and walnuts, then refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop the dough onto the baking sheet in 1 ½-inch balls, leaving space between each, and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until golden and firm around the edges, then cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
