Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar together using an electric mixer.
- Add the eggs and vanilla to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing on low speed and scraping the sides as needed.
- Fold in the rolled oats.
- Divide the dough in half; fold raisins into one half and chocolate chips into the other.
- Spoon the cookie dough onto an ungreased baking sheet, spacing them about 3 inches apart.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
