Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter and sugars together until well combined, then mix in the egg and vanilla until fluffy.
- 2. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- 4. Stir in the chocolate chips and raisins until fully incorporated.
- 5. Chill the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 7. Roll the chilled dough into 24 balls and flatten them slightly on the baking sheet.
- 8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden, then sprinkle with sea salt.
