Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add the vanilla.
- Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in the oats, raisins, and walnuts.
- Scoop the dough into 1 ½-inch balls and place them on the baking sheets, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until the edges are golden brown and the centers look under-baked.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
