Healthy No Bake Cookies

Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the banana in a small bowl until smooth.
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, milk, cocoa powder, coconut oil, and salt; heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and whisk in honey, banana, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the oats using a spatula.
- Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape into cookies.
- Press chocolate pieces on top and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
