Ingredients

  • cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • pinch salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 overripe banana
  • ¼ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mash the banana and stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until fully mixed, then add the chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
  5. Roll the mixture into balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes, then let cool before enjoying.
