Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F/Gas 4).
- 2. Unroll a sheet of puff pastry on the work surface and cut it into 6 triangles.
- 3. Spread a layer of Nutella on each triangle.
- 4. Roll each pastry onto itself to form a mini-croissant.
- 5. Brush the top with the egg yolk.
- 6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the croissants turn light golden brown.
