Banana Nutella Croissants

The filling

Nutella or other hazelnut spread

bananas, thinly sliced (about 36 slices)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Unfold one sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into thirds.
- 3. Cut each third into two triangles to make six triangles, and repeat with the second sheet for a total of 12 triangles.
- 4. Spread 1 tablespoon of Nutella on the wide end of each triangle and top with 3 banana slices.
- 5. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the tip, placing the tip underneath the croissant.
- 6. Arrange the croissants on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the egg wash.
- 7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- 8. Cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
