Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry until smooth.
- Cut the pastry into thirds, then cut each third into two long triangles for a total of six triangles.
- Place a tablespoon of Nutella on the wide end of each triangle and spread it, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Roll each triangle into a croissant shape and place them on the baking sheet.
- Whisk together the egg and water, then brush the mixture over the croissants.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and flaky, then serve immediately.
