Mini Nutella Croissants

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • ½ cup Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unwrap the puff pastry and place it on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the puff pastry into triangles using a pastry cutter or pizza cutter.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Nutella to each triangle and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled croissants on the baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and enjoy!
