Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish with grease and parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the egg and whisk until just combined.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice until just combined, noting the batter will be thick.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges pull away from the pan.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
