Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish.

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin spice, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
- Spread half of the blondie batter into the prepared dish.
- Layer the caramel sauce and chocolate chips over the batter.
- Spread the remaining batter on top of the filling.
- Bake until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
