Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- 2. In a small bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, and salt; set aside.
- 3. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a small pot over low heat and let it cool slightly.
- 4. In a large bowl, mix the eggs, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- 5. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- 6. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
- 7. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan.
- 8. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until set and a toothpick comes out with a few brownie bits attached.
