Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- 2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond butter and maple syrup, whisking until well combined.
- 3. Add pumpkin and vanilla, whisking again.
- 4. Stir in cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- 5. Add ground flaxseed, baking soda, and salt, whisking until smooth.
- 6. Fold in chocolate chips.
- 7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Optionally, top with additional chocolate chips.
- 8. Bake for 30 minutes.
- 9. Allow brownies to cool completely before cutting.
