Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups almond flour
  • 1 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • cup coconut oil, melted
  • cup cacao powder
  • ¼ cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the inside first.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in two 40-second intervals.
  4. In a medium bowl or blender, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, and melted coconut oil.
  5. Add the almond flour, cacao powder, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt to the mixture and combine.
  6. Fold in the melted chocolate until the batter is thick.
  7. Pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Once cooled, slice into 12 squares and serve, preferably with ice cream.
