Healthy Pumpkin Fudge Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper, greasing the inside first.
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in two 40-second intervals.
- In a medium bowl or blender, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, pumpkin purée, and melted coconut oil.
- Add the almond flour, cacao powder, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt to the mixture and combine.
- Fold in the melted chocolate until the batter is thick.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once cooled, slice into 12 squares and serve, preferably with ice cream.
