Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Mix all glaze ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Rub half of the glaze over the tenderloin.
- Wrap the bacon strips around the tenderloin.
- Brush the remaining glaze over the bacon-wrapped tenderloin.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, baste with juices, and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
