Instructions
- Place the pork tenderloin in a shallow dish or resealable bag.
- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
- Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it is fully coated, and refrigerate overnight.
- Flip the pork occasionally while marinating for even flavoring.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add cooking fat and sear the tenderloin on all sides until golden.
- Remove burnt bits from the pan, add the marinade, and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Cook the meat for about 20 to 25 minutes, turning occasionally until the liquid is mostly evaporated.
- Transfer the glazed tenderloin to a plate and refrigerate uncovered overnight.
- Slice the meat thinly on a diagonal and arrange on a platter, garnishing with lettuce and herbs if desired.
