Maple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
- Trim off any silvery skin from the pork tenderloins.
- Mix together bourbon, maple syrup, 1 Tbsp avocado oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper, and cayenne in a mixing bowl.
- Add the tenderloins to the marinade, ensuring they are submerged, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF (205ºC).
- Remove the tenderloins from the marinade and dry them off.
- Pour the marinade into a saucepan and bring it to a boil, then reduce to a gentle boil to thicken into a glaze.
- In an oven-proof skillet, heat 1 Tbsp avocado oil and brown the tenderloins on all sides for about 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF (63ºC).
- Remove from the oven, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with the glaze.
