Instructions
- Process the cashews and oats in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add teff flour, salt, and sugar, and pulse until combined. Gradually add vanilla, peanut butter, and maple syrup until a dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips and peanuts, pulse to combine, then mix in rice crisp cereal.
- Form the dough into balls and store in the fridge or freezer.
- For the blizzard, process frozen bananas with peanut butter until creamy.
- Add a few cookie dough balls and pulse until chunky, then scoop into a glass and top with crumbled cookie dough.
