25-Minute Blackstone Stir Fry

Ingredients

Stir Fry Sauce

  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Stir Fry

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 medium carrots

For serving

  • to taste cooked rice or brown rice noodles
  • to taste green onions
  • to taste cilantro
  • to taste sesame seeds
  • to taste crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine the broth, soy sauce, chili sauce, sugar, cornstarch, and pepper in a bowl and whisk until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
  2. Season the chicken with salt.
  3. Heat your Blackstone to medium high heat and liberally coat with oil.
  4. Add the chicken thighs and onion, and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Add the pepper, zucchini, and carrots; stir-fry for 2 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  6. Pour the stir fry sauce on top of the chicken and vegetables and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until slightly thickened.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds, cilantro, or green onion and serve with rice or noodles.
