Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs and 1 teaspoon of soy sauce in a bowl.
- Heat the Blackstone grill to medium low and add the avocado oil.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the oil and add the eggs, scrambling until set, then chop and set aside.
- Add chicken, carrots, red onion, and green beans to the grill, sprinkling with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic, and cook until chicken is done.
- Stir in the cooked rice and remaining soy sauce, cooking for 4 minutes while stirring frequently.
- Add the chopped egg back to the mixture and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper, then top with cashews, chili oil, and sesame seeds before serving.
