Ingredients

The Chicken

  • 2 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts

The Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons BBQ seasoning
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

The Sauce

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with BBQ seasoning and salt. Refrigerate overnight or proceed immediately.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium-low (about 350°F) and brush oil on the surface.
  3. Add the chicken to the griddle and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Flip the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes.
  5. Brush with ½ cup of BBQ sauce and continue cooking, flipping occasionally and brushing with more sauce for 6 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 160°F.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a plate, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve with additional BBQ sauce.
