30-Minute Blackstone BBQ Chicken

The Sauce
Instructions
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season both sides with BBQ seasoning and salt. Refrigerate overnight or proceed immediately.
- Preheat the Blackstone Griddle to medium-low (about 350°F) and brush oil on the surface.
- Add the chicken to the griddle and cook for 4 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes.
- Brush with ½ cup of BBQ sauce and continue cooking, flipping occasionally and brushing with more sauce for 6 to 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and reaches 160°F.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate, let it rest for 5 minutes, and serve with additional BBQ sauce.
