The BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium heat.
- Brush the chicken pieces with vegetable oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 30-35 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches at least 160°F.
- Brush half of the BBQ sauce over the chicken and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Brush the remaining BBQ sauce over the chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for 5-7 minutes before serving.
