Instructions
- 1. Blot the chicken dry with paper towels.
- 2. Brush the chicken with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. For oven method, preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C) and bake the chicken for 25 minutes.
- 4. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken and bake for an additional 10-20 minutes until cooked through.
- 5. For grill method, preheat the grill to 450°F (232°C) and cook the chicken for 10 minutes on each side.
- 6. Move the chicken to indirect heat, brush with BBQ sauce, and cook for an additional 5 minutes on each side.
- 7. Serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
