Sous Vide Chicken Drumsticks

Instructions
- Preheat the water bath to 155°F.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then place it in a sous vide bag and vacuum seal it.
- Cook the chicken in the water bath for 2 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the bag and pat it dry.
- Preheat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat and add the chicken.
- Cook the chicken for 4 minutes, flipping often.
- Brush the chicken with BBQ sauce, reduce heat to medium, and cook for another 4 minutes while flipping and adding more sauce.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
